SHIPPING

UK – all orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and will always be sent signed for.

EUROPE – all orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and always be sent tracked and recorded.

OUTSIDE EU – all orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and always be sent tracked or signed for.

IMPORT CHARGES – please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

When importing items to the outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. we cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

EXCHANGE

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item for an alternative size or credit your account to use for your next purchase.
